First Thoughts
Hey, hi and hello there! Just christening the new blog. This is the blog everybody begged me not to create. For those who know me, I have a really hard time opening up to anyone about how I really feel about anything. To those who don't know me, you have no idea how much of a tightlip internalizer I am.
I tend to just keep stuff on my chest until it explodes and spews forth in vitriolic that could have been avoided - but enough about me. Here's the reason that this blog exists. Sanchez is going back to work
I've sort of being on a sabbatical, trying to find myself and my 'reason' for doing anything that I do (yeah, i know, don't get me started on how much about myself I don't know and never might)
But I'm back in the mix now - step one was making a fresh list (more on THE LIST later). Step two was finally getting off my rather nonexistent ass and getting back to work. How? That's the fun part...
Showed up at TARUWA at Bogobiri last Tuesday. Now, I'd heard a lot about it, but the experience was far and away better than ANYTHING I'd heard about. Its great fun people, you should check it out
Next step? Working on the screenplay for a short film, I hope to write and direct and maybe produce it - why? Because I want to - it's not what I do, its who I AM...
And over that - SANCHEZ IS BACK IN THE STUDIO! Almost never thought I'd be happy to say that again, but my laptop hard drive is almost full of hot new beats, I'm freestyling as I walk down the road again - new music is coming!
Why should you care? Hmmm - very good question - Watch this space...
